Multi series: Air filters
● 5 μm element with little pressure loss. One-touch attachment and detachment, drain cock with fitting, or auto drain cock can be selected as options for the drain bowl.
Large FRL series: Air filter
● High capacity filter with a process flow rate of 3000 ?/min or 6000 ?/min.
Small FR series: Vacuum air filters
● Compact, lightweight vacuum filter. Quick fitting for simple tube connection to the device.
Exhaust filters
● Compact type that offers outstanding silencing and less exhaust back pressure. Also inhibits invasion of foreign matter via the exhaust port. Oil removal from exhaust and lower noise. Clean operation promotes a clean environment.
